Standard ground shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 shipped within the continental 48 states.

Taxes will be charged on orders from Utah Residents.

Express Shipping: We offer express shipping on many of our items as well.  If you would like to know the shipping costs for express or overnight, e-mail us at customerservice@christmastwigs.com.

Returns Policy
Christmastwigs.com accepts returns on most products. Please contact us before returning any products!  If you have a question about whether a product can be returned, please contact us before making your purchase.  When you return a product, you will be given a Returned Authorization or RA number, and the address that your return should be shipped to.  An RA number is required for all returns.

A return can be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.  Returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%.  To receive credit for a product return,the item must be in new, unused condition.  Of course if a product is defective, we will replace the item at no cost.  Please contact us if you are unsure if your product qualifies.  If your item was lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us so that we may resolve the matter with the carrier that shipped your order.

Christmastwigs.com is not responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was a mistake made on our part, please contact us and we will arrange to have the item returned.
